CPP Assignment One

Hi Guys

I’m currently working on Assignment one of CPP, and trying to do a pest analysis looking at factors that affect the supply of competent staff, and affect the business’ overall aims and objectives.

The problem is, I work for a very small company (9 employees), and we don’t generally recruit, so economical, social and technological factors don’t really come in to it! I managed to complete the political section but I’m having a total block for the remaining 3.

Anyone in the same/similar position with any advice – please share!
