I am in my final year (mature student) in a Human Resource Management degree and am currently researching my dissertation on the Workforce Agreement and Education Regulations (2005)within the school i am employed by. Particularly the effect of its implementation and the manner in which it is being implemented on the staff, (especially Support staff) within secondary education. This involves looking at the psychological contract; the present culture and organisational structure; the expected culture and organisational structure etc. HR within schools is not a widely documented subject and I would be interested to hear from anyone with views on the above, who works within the Education system.
