I’m in the process of putting together a Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy for my company. I’m at the start of our stakeholder consultation and will be conducting a thorough reputation risk analysis. I’m keen to see examples of other companies CSR strategies to help with content and format, particularly if aligned to the Business Strategy and possibly any reporting tool, e.g. BitC’s CR Index.
