If an employee believs that a personal sensitive data was obtained without conscent and in an unlawful manner. He did not gace his conscent. He then wrote to them asking them that he is withdrawing all his conscent.

The Company have written back saying that they are not obliged to honour his request? Can they say that.

I am sure if the obtaining of data is in dispute, there must be an onus on the Company to protect medical and financial data?

Plus, can they suspend someone and not give them that in writing?
