Principled leadership and ethical behaviour seems to be a hot management topic at the moment. It’s certainly an area of focus for us.
Can any of you share examples of any initiatives you have in this area e.g. leadership development programmes, ethics or integrity testing etc? I’m struggling to find examples of business who are actually doing something about it, rather than just talking about it!
If you’re not doing work on it, can you give an indication of why not?
I have some interesting papers and research in this area which I’m happy to share if anyone is particularly interested in this area.
