I am trying to answer the following questions about director’s service contracts and the questions are:
1. When should they be used?
2. Are they used with Executive Directors who also have an employment contract but cover the director duties?
3. Are they used mainly for non-executives who don’t have an employment contract?
4. How do they relate to employment law in terms of termination etc?
5. What are their strengths and weaknesses?
6. Do you have to use them?
