I would really appreciate any advice on this please.
My employer has decided to conduct a disciplinary hearing, they have told me that I must submit any documentation, evidence and the name of any witnesses I would like to call 5 working days before the hearing. Does this also apply to them? They apparently have a witness statement, backing up the complainant, do they have to provide these to me before the hearing.
Also, in line with my employers disciplinary procedure, they should have done investigatory meetings, they haven’t, could they say that the investigation took place when they looked into the relateed grievance or does it need to be seperate?
