Hi all

We have a member of staff that is currently on a final written warning for misconduct. We have found out that he continues to breach the Company’s Internet Usage Policy, despite both formal and informal requests to refrain from such usage.
 
There is no intention to dismiss the member of staff, however, would it be possible to withhold any commission payment due?  Or could we follow the DP and issue a written warning?
