We have a temp who started with a very busy team in our company last Thursday. Upon arrival he stank of smoke and alcohol and had obvious DT’s all day. The next day he sniffed all day (declining a tissue) much to the distraction of his colleagues. Today, his third day, he has phoned in sick. Can we just call his agency to let him go without any comeback?
