I’m working on a Diversity Awareness project, which is concentrating on how we treat individuals rather than groups of people.
We have planned over the next 10 months a number of challenging workshops for all employees.
In readiness for these workshops I need to put a support pack together for all managers to help them with what to say when having to address some of the issues which may arise. i.e. cause & effect.
Does anyone have any ideas where I can find this info as a start point?
