A friend of mine has a boss who will not allow any music of any kind in the workplace no matter how much the employees stress that they need something to take the edge of silence away. This company has a very high turnover because no efforts are made for the comfort of the employees.
This company could reap the rewards if a little attention was paid to the staff. I have advised my friend to put together a ‘Business Plan’ so to speak with suggestions and evidence for a more relaxed atmosphere.
