Does anyone have a policy/procedure dealing with investigation of complaints about staff?

I am working for an Arts Education organisation and we are keen to develop a policy and procedure guide on how complaints brought against members of staff (both employees and freelance)will be investigated and resolved. A standard grievance procedure is already in place in respect of internal complaints.
