Does anyone have a policy or guidelines for employees accruing time off in lieu, instead of overtime. We have a system in place, which is not currently documented but occasions have recently arose whereby questions have been raised about when TOIL can be accrued.
Does anyone else have a similar system were they can share their guidelines or policy?
