Has anyone got a policy they would be willing to share with regard to Dress code.
We have a dress code that states “smart casual” but unfortunately staff are taking it too far – with midriffs showing, ripped jeans (which are apparently considered expensive).
To be able to have a comprehensive definition with appropriate examples would be very much appreciated.
