I am looking at different products used to do DSE assessments and as I have about 250 staff to assess and some that travel quite a lot was wondering if anyone could advise me if having a company software product so that staff can go through the assessment on screen is better than having a company come in and do the assessments one to one. I was thinking of ways to cut down on the admin side of things I know either way I will have a lot of paperwork.
