I am developing an 8 week e-coaching course to be delivered online in partnership with the University of Wales.
I am interested in What Training Managers and HR Directors would want to see in the Course, What specific areas they would want to covered.
Basic parts are the difference’s between coaching and e-coaching.
This course is for Trainers that are going to be implementing internal e-learning.
The outcome would be that they go away from the course with the skills to develop an internal e-learning system. Understanding the manipulation of database information to identify future training needs within the organisation.
I have previously developed an HR Audit tool( to EFQM standards) for UniLever, which they implemented globally.
I am hoping that this Course will eventually lead into the audit tool automatically.
