Employee and Managers Self Service has for some years been touted by the software companies as the next thing.
I am employed by a large employer and have yet to come across any similar sized operations (10,000 employees) who have managed to install these tools and derive real benefit from them.
Is anyone aware of any operations claiming real success with this.
