I am researching Employee Awards programmes with a view to introducing innovative, fun and morale boosting awards for employees.
This will not include remuneration or bonus payments but will be used to reward exceptional members of staff for their performances/attitude etc throughout the year. We would like to introduce around 7 categories and staff would then be nominated for the awards.

I woudl be grateful for any ideas from any organisations who have introduced something similar.
