I have an employee who wishes to leave at the end of the month, there is nothing in our terms of employement/contracts that state a period, he is worried that we will ask him to work/leave earlier and that he will lose a weeks money. I know that the stat regs states that for us to give him notice it is one week per year of employment (he has been with us for 4.75yrs) does this apply Visa-versus?
