I have recently been running a job evaluation project which has resulted in implementing a new broadbanded pay and grading structure.
I was wondering whether anyone had any experience of handling progression within a broadband structure. We would like to have a transparent way for employees to progress, but within cost contraints.
Any help would be appreciated.
