Can anyone offer any advice.
I am currently working on my employee relations assignment looking at the following;
* Why have disiplinary procedures
* Current situational analysis
The critical analysis will be based on how effective
the current procedures are in principle and in practice in our company without
concentrating on the skills but on how the procedures are used to control
behaviour and the other factors which control behaviours at work.

Can anyone offer any advice on direction, information sources etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated
