I am looking to devise a survey among our employees to assist us in retaining our valuable employees. I read with interest the HayGroups paper The Retention Dilema on why productive workers leave and this has promted me to get a survey out to our staff.
Has anyone already done a similar exercise or survey that I could crib from or have sample questions that we could ask concerning satisfaction/retention please as a starting point?
