Looking at implementing an Employee Recognition Scheme were employees will be rewarded based on performance.

The rewards could range from vouchers, meals out & weekends away.

Has anyone got similar experiences & how this would be measured consistently & fairly.

Company has a large Outbound Sales Centre, IT Dept & Inbound Contact Centres.

Any suggestions & ideas would be welcomed.
