I have recently issued an Employee Survey via a Quarterly Magazine and need advice on two levels. So far I’ve only received half a dozen replies and need to know how I can tempt the other 92 people to complete their surveys. Have already e-mailed and posted pleas on the notice boards.
Secondly I need to look at ways of evaluating the feedback and putting together an action plan to address any issues which may arise from the survey.
The survey is based around questions about whether an indivdiual feels valued, receives feedback from their line manager, is their development supported etc. We are looking to improve communication and morale.
Any advice would be greatly received.
