Hi,

We are having difficulty trying to influence a group of approx 12 employees (out of 130) to record their time, on an in-house company timesheet system.
I have been asked to produce a disclaimer to send to those employees concerened in the form of an opt-out form, waiving any resonsibility on the ecompany if employees refuse to compelte their timesheets.

Can anyone advise/help on this matter?
