At Hallmark, we are committed to becoming an ‘Employer of Choice’ and we recognise the importance of the Employer Brand in helping us to achieve this.
We are currently undertaking research as a networking and benchmarking exercise, with the ultimate aim of sharing best practice with other ‘Employers of Choice’. We are approaching high profile, Blue Chip organisations to see what it is that makes them ‘stand out from the crowd’.
Our aim is to develop a total ‘Brand Pack’ concept which will provide us with the forum to communicate messages about what it is that we offer our people – focusing on HR literature from recruitment through to Induction and ultimately retention, focusing always on building the Employer Brand.
We would be happy to share our ideas once finalised if you are prepared to share any of your HR Literature – eg. Recruitment Brochure/Welcome Pack (Induction literature) and any other ‘retention related’ literature – eg. Long Service celebrations.
We are passionate about this project and, as a creative organisation, we are convinced that it will complement our culture, values and strong Brand in the marketplace.
