I have a client with an employing a salesperson in Holland who has failed to meet his sales target He is quite prepared to go but does not want to be in a position where he cannot claim unemployment benefit. I would like to know if there is a way of effecting a termination of contract without going through the hoops that the law appears to require. If any one has any ideas I would be very grateful!
