Hello I am student currently studying on company law. If anyone has the time to answer this query I would be most appreciative. It would really help me out!
My question is quite specific:
Are there any provisions in the Companies Act 1985 which relate specifically to employee protection [not including directors] or less specifically could be argued that they have the effect or purpose of protecting employees/workers?
