Employment Law Changes 2001 summary

I am looking for a summary listing of all the UK Employment Law changes that occurred during 2001 so that I can assess and update my clients documents. For example the Employee Handbook and Contracts – which relevant areas need updating based on those changes that occurred during 2001?
Any suggestions on sites or books that summarise would be much appreciated as it takes forever to go through all the statutes and individual pieces of legislation to find the changes.
