I wondered if anyone could provide me with advice or sources of information on Employment Relations policy and good practice. I am undertaking a work based project for my Cert in Personnel Practice and want to look at increasing staff morale and the links with Employment relations. Particularly in times of organisn restructure and redundancy but also as a long term strategy.
