A post was interviewed for and recruited for in March 2007, that person took the job as a secondment (allegdly) that person then secretly resigned in January 2008 asking for the previous job back, the person was offered another job and the post that was currently held by that person was given to another who came 2nd in the original interview in March 2007.The 2nd has been given the post starting in April 2008.
The question is..should the post have been advertised to give others the opportunity to apply for either post, open and fairly?
