I am responsible for designing and delivering 3 hours worth of E&D training as part of a Management Development Course. This will involve explanations on the relevant legislation, racism, discrimination and harrassment issues in the workplace and explaining good management practice. Among this I would like to include some case studies in order to make situations more ‘real’ for managers. Does anyone have anything that could be shared please?
