Executive Coaching

I am looking for one or possibly two experienced international executive coaches with the following non-negotiable characteristics:
– Passion and talent for coaching at executive level
– Extensive international/cross-cultural experience as a line manager in B2B Sales, followed by success at MD/CEO-level
– Multiple industries (incl. IT)

I am specifically NOT looking for an academic or training person, but someone that has been there, done it and now wants to pass on their accumulated wisdom.

Could anyone help me find such a person, anywhere in Europe?
