I am an OD consultant with 13 yrs experience in Leadership Development and change management programs and interventions. I am interested in making a transition from external consultant, to an internal role – preferably one with an OD and HR focus, believing this will round off my experience well and help in my career development. I am interested in knowing from others who might have made a similar change, is it something worthwhile doing (in terms of career development benefits) and what are some tips that would help me transition from external to internal consultant roles.
