We are a manufacturing Company with 150 employees and 7 qualified first aiders across our site. We have not previously provided afinancial reward to our first aiders, as we see their training as a life-saving transferable skill. All first aiders have completed training, without any pressure from the Company – only a polite request.
We have just been approcahed by the ‘head’ first aider to ask why we seem to be the only company who do not offer a finacial reward to their first aiders.
Would any one be prepared to provide details of their own Company schemes for the purpose of benchmarking?
