We have a member of staff who was employed on a FTC until end of December 2007. Due to an extension in funding the post was extended by a further 3 months but this was not put in writing by way of a contract.
The notice period stated in her contract and summary terms and conditions is 2 monhts, however in the full T&Cs notice period is stated at 1 month. Which one do we use and how does the lack of extended contract affect this?
