We are thinking about introducing a limited flexible benefits package, allowing staff to buy and sell certain benefits. Most are bought in so there is a clear cost attached to them, but what about holidays? What is the going rate for buying/selling holidays – I would not have thought that it would be the equivalent day’s pay, but may have missed the point. Any advice?
