Flexible Contracts

I have been asked to produce a “Flexible Contract” by our CRM Director who is under the impression that we can employe someone on a “flexible contract”? Does anyone have an example of a “flexible contract”. They have said that they are sure that other companies use such contracts for Telesales / Telemarketing staff?

I’d be grateful for any response?
