Can I be very cheeky and ask whether anyone would be prepared to share views / examples of t&c’s or bonus structure suitable for the food processing / packing industry? It’s for a plant that will only service the rest of the company (ie internal), so won’t compete with any other company such as Geest or Premier Foods et al.
It is however, the company’s first foray into this industry, so t&c’s are likely to vary from those elsewhere in the business.
