A member of Middle Management has enlisted the help of an employee from his department to take him to the airport for his holiday, out of normal working hours, and has told the employee to put these extra hours on his time sheet to be signed off. Therefore the Company will be paying for these extra hours at time and half. (Albeit only 6.5 hours)

I am being asked by the MD if it is possible to dismiss him for Fraud/Theft/Abusing his management position, (obviously after correct disciplinary procedures have been followed)

I would welcome opinions as to whether you would agree with this decision.
