We are a Publishing Company who regularly employ Freelancers for a variety of reasons (holiday cover, absence cover, one off articles). Several of these freelancers are now claiming holiday pay on the basis that they are workers. How do other companies deal with category of staff and ensure that they receive any rights they are entitled to?
