Any assistance on the following matter would be greatly appreciated:
In light of increased responsibility for the employer, does anyone have a staff policy outlining the maximum daily distances staff can drive on business? Would anyone be happy to disclose such a policy?
Also, would anyone have a sample ‘mobile phone usage’ policy – are we within our right to ‘ban’ staff from using hands free kits etc. while driving on business?
