My former employer who dismissed me on capability grounds have written to me regards an appeal I took out based on a grievance they tuned down a few months before they dismissed me. My solicitor has said to ignore it as this is superficial as I am currently taken them to a tribunal court for both discrimination and unfair dismissal.

They have also written and said they overpaid me by £416.00 I have written back and disagreed as I had booked holiday until the end of March and my disciplinary meeting was held on 13th march 2008 my holiday request was before this meeting as I was on suspension and was advised by their management to use all remaining leave before end of march or I would lose it.
Hs anyone got any views on this please.
