i currently have 3 members of office staff who have an ongoing problem.

A & B work together doing admin work in office 1, C works in office 2 as a receptionist.

A & B have came to see me unofficialy regarding C and her atitude towards them. The problem im having is that A now wans to have something done because she feels that although no direct name calling or anything particular has been said, numerous employees have told her that C has been saying she doesnt do her work, she gets no support from A & B, she gets given the “c**p jobs, shes not part of the team and she is kept out of the loop.

As a result of these remarks by C to other staff, A is now saying that she feels that people are given the cold shoulder by other staff and she is constantly on the recieving end of snyde remarks from 20+ members of staff. She now feels i must act but ive never dealt with this sort of problem and dont really know wether it is a proper “offence”, ive tried informal and it seemed to have settled but in actual fact its now worse than ever, can anyone suggest a course of action that would be reasonable to deal with this or should i sit them down and tell them to grow up (i doubt this would help).

kind regards
