H & S competent person training

I am the H & S Competent Person for our office but I have had no training and would like to attend a course to outline that basics.

For those who are interested, the definition of a ‘competent person’ for this position is:
Someone with sufficient knowledge, experience, qualifications and other qualities.

I would appreciate it if anyone could recommend a course for me!
