My name is Janis Krumins and I am a final year student at Birkbeck, University of London. I have been studying for a BSc Business Psychology degree, and I am now conducting research for my dissertation to investigate individual’s ability to identify various selection-relevant constructs.

Gathered data will be analysed using contemporary research in the field of HRM and occupational psychology. This study will contribute towards better understanding of selection relevant constructs and their meaning towards effective recruitment techniques.
