Due to ongoing management restructures/ TUPE transfers, I have been asked to write/ compile a guide for both managers and staff which will help them manage the process and help them through the change process effectively – i.e. managers ensuring staff are onboard with the change and tips to help staff manage and cope with the change.

Any examples of a similar guide or advice on the most valuable areas to cover in the guide would be really helpful.
