Holiday Entitlement

Hi

I wonder if you could help me –

we give 4 weeks hol + bank hols and it has now come to my attention that this needs to be icnreased to 4.8 & bank hols.

What do we do with partimers?  I presume they will get 4.8 and bank holidays too? Going round in circles here so could do with a few pointers!
