holiday reckoner

Our holiday year depends on which part or the year a member of staff has started. For example, if somebody started in July 2007, their holiday year would be from July 2007-June 2008. Or, if sombody started in March 2007, their holiday year would be March 2007-February 2008. Has anybody got a spreadheet calculator which I could have for easy reckoning of individual members of staff annual leave?
