We would like to offer the benefit to employess of buying or selling of holiday (no other flex benefits scheme in place). We are looking to go down the route of offering employees the choice once a year as to whether they buy or selland then either making 12 equal monthly deductions or payments. I am intrested to here if employers are taking the approach of warning employees that this can have an effect on their state benefits? My understanding is that this is reducing the individuals salary and it can have effects.
